Waka Flocka Flame and his wife, Tammy Rivera, have called it quits. Rivera made the news official via several Snapchat videos. Despite rumblings of infidelity, Rivera defended Waka as a husband and father--denying any speculation that anyone was cheated on.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Rivera referred to her husband as a "great man and father," while making it clear that A) no one was betrayed and B) they can't continue as a couple.

"Y'all listen and please listen clear! I will not speak on this situation again," the caption reads. "Me and Waka separation had nothing to do with ANYONE! Waka did not leave me for ANYONE lol."

"We made a mutual decision that we needed to separate, Sometime ppl use other people's lives to prey off and get attention, I guess for IG likes or followers. It's very sad but it's the truth and the world we live in... Waka is a Great man and father to my child, we all make mistakes and learn from them. BUT PLEASE don't listen to these attention seekers. Just pray for them!! Y'all have a blessed day!!"

The Instagram post comes on the heels of a woman named Simone Patton making claims that she was Waka's sidechick and the reason for the couple's breakup.

“Waka don’t force me to post these pics of us in the bed together while Tammy was calling you over and over and you had your phone on the floor. Let’s not forget you came at me in the club,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “You brung me back to the W right in old town. Don’t deny s--- when I have proof. Ask Tammy how I know she tried FT you over and over and even FT Quam to have him show her 'proof' nobody was in the room…. You want me to keep going? You want me to post these videos? I’m not the ONLY reason you and Tammy are ‘on a break’ YOU are.”

The Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star also addressed her breakup with Waka in the Snapchat vids.

"See, what ya'll hos fail to realize is even if it's not me, it's still not gonna be you, boo," she said in the video. "And let me say this. Just cause I'm not with Waka don't mean y'all n----s can start sliding all up in my DM. They are overflowing. I don't get down like that. I like my time to myself, okay? And y'all please stop believing these hos on these f---in' blog sites looking for a storyline to come up [with]. 'Oh, they breaking up. Let me pretend I'm a side bitch. Let me act like I'm the bitch he was talking [to].'"

Waka and Tammy married back in 2014. Waka proposed a year earlier, and often spoke about why he felt it was right with Rivera. “Every girl I’m meeting now just want my check,” said Waka in a 2013 interview. “Like they don’t even want to meet you. They don’t care two cents about what you got going on. Plus, I know [Tammy]. That became my best friend, so I called her again like, ‘Yo, man. I want to go all the way.’ She like, ‘Yo, Waka. You still wanna be a boy.’ So I had to play the cat and the mouse game. Then it all worked out. I feel like I’d rather hand her the world than hand her my hand.”

No word yet on how far official divorce proceedings are, but we're sure this is a rough time for all parties involved.
