Vince Staples appeared on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 Radio show this morning and played his entire new EP, Prima Donna.

Fans didn't have to wait long for the project as he only announced this follow up to his critically acclaimed debut album Summertime '06 about a week ago.

The album doesn't officially release until tomorrow (Aug.26) but Vince gave Zane the green light to exclusively play the EP on his show. It is now also being streamed on Apple Music and Spotify for early review.

The project contains features from A$AP Rocky and Kilo Kish, as well as interludes from Staples himself singing a capella, including a "This Little Light Of Mine" intro. Production was handled by James Blake, No I.D., and DJ Dahi.

In addition to the exclusive stream, Lowe also interviewed the west coast rapper, discussing the process of making music, family life and pressure from fans. When talking about the fans and their demand for more music, Vince used Frank Ocean as an example, and stated artists don't get treated like human beings.

"You're not a person when you make music. You're a link. They just want to click it. You're not uploaded yet, f--- you. What happened? Your mom died? Your car didn't start today? You're not in a good mood? Where's my song? It gets kind of crazy out here."

You can watch the full interview tomorrow on Apple Music, but until then you can view a couple of clips below.

Stream Prima Donna on Spotify here.
