It appears that summer isn't over just yet for Chicago rapper Vic Mensa.

The swift MC, who we recently profiled in our Futurist series, returns with another new track off his upcoming 'INNANETAPE' project after dropping a personal anthem, 'YNSP,' last week.

Mensa's latest, 'Lovely Day,' showcases his poppier, more radio-friendly side, which can mean big things for him moving forward. His ability to remain sharp on even his more playful tracks is a testament to his songwriting skills and overall confidence, both of which can be heard throughout the track.

The tune also arrived with some fresh visuals courtesy of the Illroots team. The 'Lovely Day' video depicts, well, a pretty damn lovely day spent at the beach, taking over someone's pool with friends, and maybe even hanging a potential girlfriend.

You can watch the video above. 'INNANETAPE' drops Sept. 30.
