After a bitter custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond, TMZ reports that a judge has awarded the primary custody of the couple's two sons to the R&B singer. Both parties were attempting to strip the other of custody.

Tameka not only accused Usher of using drugs in front of the kids but also claimed he was an absentee dad, too focused on his career to actually father his sons. Usher called his ex-wife "inattentive and irresponsible."

This trial has involved a number of emotional moments, including one when the "U Got It Bad" singer actually started crying while testifying on the stand. Accusations and name-calling have flown with wild abandon so this marks the end of a dramatic cycle of meltdowns.

It is unclear as of yet what rights Tameka will retain, but the boys will be spending the majority of the time with their father.
