Usher took the stand in his ongoing child custody suit against ex-wife Tameka Foster today, testifying that Foster engaged in a physical altercation with his girlfriend and him back in December, hitting and throwing a plate of food at him, and spitting on his girlfriend, Grace Miguel.

TMZ has released video of Usher’s testimony, wherein the mild-mannered crooner describes the situation, which occurred in December, while their children were left in the house unattended.

“She walked over to the car, pulled the door open, and she wanted to fight. She told her [Miguel], ‘I’m a kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman in my subdivision, in my house,’” Usher explains. “I tried my hardest to prevent the situation from escalating into something far worse, but she continued to swing, spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her.”

The “Climax” singer continued to explain that Foster, in a blind rage, further attempted to yank his girlfriend from the car, while swinging at her, as Usher tried to place himself between the women. After scolding her, he drove off, but Foster allegedly threw her plate of food at the car, as he left.

Usher is suing for increased visitation rights for the former couple’s two sons, four-year-old Usher V and three-year-old Naviyd.
