Usher will attempt to stretch out the success of his recent No. 1 album 'Raymond V. Raymond,' by releasing a follow-up project titled 'Versus' on August 24.

'Versus' will feature eight new tracks, including the lead single 'DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love,' featuring Miami rapper Pitbull. To take things one step further, Usher also plans to release 'Raymond V. Raymond (The Deluxe Edition)' which will feature all the songs from both 'Versus' and the original 'Raymond V. Raymond' albums.

The R&B crooner's decision to put out a second album in 2010 follows 'Raymond V. Raymond' earning the top spot on the Billboard albums chart in its debut week and 900,000 in sales to date. According to Billboard, the singles 'Hey Daddy (Daddy's Home)' 'Lil Freak' 'There Goes My Baby,' 'OMG' and 'Papers' have grabbed a total of 4.4 million downloads since their release. 'OMG' takes the prize for the second-best selling download of the year and to its popularity, the single also earned a spot on the second edition of Activision's videogame 'DJ Hero,' which will hit stores in the fall.

'DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love' -- the first single from 'Versus' -- was released on the Internet today and it will land on the radio on Monday, July 12.
