Fans in Berlin will have to wait one extra day for Usher to kick off the European leg of his OMG tour, as the performer has rescheduled the event due to illness. The show, which was scheduled to kick off yesterday (Jan. 12), will take place at the O2 World Arena tonight.

Doctors diagnosed Usher with a paranasal sinus infection. The R&B singer apologized to his fans for the change, promising to put on a good show. "I am truly sorry to all my fans in Berlin who were inconvenienced by tonight's postponement of the show," he wrote on his Twitter page. "I was ill and felt that I would not have been able to give the show that you all properly deserve. The show is rescheduled for Thur. Jan 13 @ the O2 World. I look forward to giving Berliners a great show!"

Since dropping his sixth album 'Raymond V. Raymond,' last year the Grammy winner has seen renewed success. The album debuted atop the Billboard charts, spawning hits singles like 'OMG,' 'Daddy's Home,' and 'Little Freak.'

Berlin is the first stop on the international tour, which will hit the likes of Dubai, Paris, and Sydney before wrapping up in March.
