Backed by a live band and singers, Tyrese delivered his song with passion, singing, "Oh, I'm ashamed of me (Shame on me) / I wish I never done you wrong (Shame on me) / Every night of us I dream / That I wake up in your arms."

Ending his performance by dropping down to his knees at the climax of his set, the California native set the bar high for the performers slated to go on after him and gave everyone in attendance something to talk about.
