Through all the wild behavior, crazy antics and rebelliousness, it's easy to forget that Tyler, The Creator was a fan of music before he started making it professionally, which was evident when N.E.R.D. came on stage during Odd Future's annual Camp Flog Gnaw Festival this past Saturday (Nov. 8).

In a nearly three minute clip, you can clearly see the usually silly Tyler covering his eyes with both hands, as Chad Hugo and Shay Haley joined Pharrell to perform the group's 2002 single 'Rock Star.'

In 2013, the 23-year-old spoke about his love for N.E.R.D., and how much of a Pharrell fan he is.

"I think it was Power 106, I'm not even bulls---ing you cause y'all here. It was Easter of 2002, and I heard the song 'Tape You' from 'In Search Of' on the radio," he explained.

"I was like, 'What the f--- is this? This is the craziest s--- I've ever heard. I never found out who it was, and then a couple of months later I was at the f---ing laundromat sitting in the car waiting for the clothes to dry with my mom, and 'Run To The Sun' came on.....Then I finally found out that those two songs were by the same f---ing band, and ever since I found out who that was I've been a f---ing Stan for the Neptunes, and Clipse and that whole s---."

After the Odd Future frontman starting shedding tears, group member Taco went over to console him, and then whispered something in his ear.

Next month, Mr. Creator will be playing a string of shows, starting Dec. 13 in Atlanta, Ga. Then he'll be heading to Sayreville, NJ., New York City, and then Philadelphia, Pa., according to Ticketmaster.
