Ty Dolla $ign has just dropped his latest album, Campaign

The project, which comes just in time for election season, features previously released songs including the title track with Future and "No Justice," which addresses police brutality. Travis Scott, Trey Songz, Future, Meek Mill and Wiz Khalifa are among the artists who show up to help Ty out on the 16-track project. He said the project is about addressing the oppression still faced by the black community, including prison reform and police violence.

“I said at the beginning it’s the soundtrack for the summer, but it’s become the soundtrack to the 2016 elections,” says the 31 year-old who also embarked on a School Not Prisons tour with Push T.

Ty says that in the end, the album is just really honest.

“It just made me want to go harder with spitting this real s—”, Ty said of the album in an interview with Complex. “Like my song ‘No Justice’. Being a vessel for God to spread the word. Letting people know the world is real and there are some real issues that shouldn’t be issues in 2016. We all have Intsagram and Snapchat and Twitter and we all know that simple idiotic thing(s) like racism is the lamest s— in life. For all this s— to be still happening today, bugs me. There is no more slavery and gay people can get married. There shouldn’t be any f—ing racism period. We’re all good. Love is Love.”
