TMZ reports that Too Short won't face any criminal charges after a woman accused him of rape.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office has rejected the case citing insufficient evidence. The D.A. specifically said there wasn't enough evidence to suggest their sexual encounters were not consensual.

Teana Louis sued Short, claiming he sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions between June and October of 2016. However, back in early March, the rapper revealed explicit text messages from Louis, messages he said proved that she sexually pursued him and that there was no rape.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, the texts  include Louis telling Short she loves him and calling herself his wife. She also makes mention of his "big penis," and wrote, "Baby I wish you were here right now, just talking to u on the phone makes me wet."

Too Short has long denied the rape accusation, calling them "extortion."

"This is blatant outright extortion; it's not a criminal case," he told TMZ back in January "It can only be extortion. They want money. My only choice is to countersue for slander and to get a restraining order."

Short has not yet responded to the dismissal.
