Social media was tittering for days with talk that rap mogul Birdman and R&B diva Toni Braxton had tied the knot. Everyone's favorite odd couple has been romantically linked for more than a year, and this week, theJasmineBRAND reported that they'd eloped and have been married for months.

But an unnamed source has told Us Weekly that there's nothing to the chatter. A rep for Braxton denied that the singer tied the knot.

“Toni is dating,” the rep said. “[She] has a new single called ‘Deadwood’ from her forthcoming album Sex & Cigarettes. It will be released in early 2018.”

The video for "Deadwood" just dropped last week. Directed by Billie Woodruff, the black-and-white visual features Braxton singing seductively against a backdrop of a gorgeous man. With a cellist by her side she coos, “Just want to let you know, I won’t let this one go / You got me down, but I ain’t out.”

Meanwhile, Birdman has been engaged in a war of words with Rick Ross; who slammed the Cash Money Records CEO. "Boy, you a year late, and five years late paying that man his money,” Rozay said in a Snapchat video. “Pay that man his money. We know you ain’t right. Stop with the jokes, nigga. Bring that shit. Bring it.”

Toni Braxton has divorced since 2013, when she split from her husband of 12 years, Keri Lewis. Birdman aka Baby has been linked to Keyshia Cole, Trina and Kimora Lee Simmons over the years. Braxton and Birdman first collaborated back 2002—remember “Baby You Can Do It?”
