Toni Braxton and Babyface Break Down Walls in ‘Hurt You’ Video

Leave it to Toni Braxton and Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds to not only make ‘Hurt You,’ a ballad centered on crossing the line, so irresistibly catchy, but also create a stimulating visual to accompany it.

The singers serve as a troubled couple in the Ray Kay-directed video, doing their dirty work just a room away from each other. Braxton cozies up to another man, while Babyface gets close and personal with a slim beauty.

But the pair soon realize the pain they’re causing each other isn’t worth the heartbreak. “God knows I never meant to hurt you / I never meant to break your heart, your heart, babe / God knows I never meant to turn you out, turn you out,” they sing.

As a result, they break down the walls between them to rebuild their relationship. Sometimes happily ever after really does happen.

The song is the first¬†single¬†off Toni Braxton and Babyface’s duets album ‘Love, Marriage, & Divorce,’ which arrives Nov. 25.
