The Boombox Battle this week proved to be the closest one we've seen yet. With 50.37 percent of the votes, Tinashe beat out funk legend Prince, who garnered a close 49.63 percent. This is the songstress' third consecutive win.

With a fluid melody, T-Minus’ bouncy beat and the singer’s airy vocals, 'In the Meantime' has a smooth sensuality that compliments her flirty lyrics.

“In the meantime, f--- in the meantime/ I need ya, but just for tonight, boy,” she sings.

Alicia Keys' new track, 'We Are Here,' is the week's challenger. Touching upon the world's ills and social issues, the piano-driven track puts humanity under the microscope as the singer points to the ways we can be more mindful of the world around us. 'We Are Here' is a single off her forthcoming album.

“Let’s talk about Chi-town / Let’s talk about Gaza / Let’s talk about, let’s talk about / Let’s talk about Israel / ‘Cause right now it is real / Let’s talk about / Let’s talk about Nigeria / And it’s mass hysteria,” she delivers on the pre-chorus.

Who will win in this battle? Will Tinashe be able to hold on for another week and enter The Boombox Hall of Fame? Or will Alicia blow her away with her piano-playing, socially conscious tune? Only you can decide. Vote for your favorite artist’s song once per hour until the polls shut down on Tues., Sept. 16, at 10AM ET. Now get to it!
