Tinashe has been busy promoting the upcoming release of her debut album, 'Aquarius,' which arrives this fall. Aside from dropping new songs and performing them from coast to coast, the Lexington, Ky., native reveals a cinematic trailer for the new LP.

Directed and edited by Tinashe herself, the video, shot in a golden hue, provides a voyeuristic view of her daily activities. Although that might seem a bit mundane, there's an eccentricity in what she does -- from eating some root-like vegetables to sitting naked in ar bath tub filled with little fish.

"I think they may find me," she says as the narrator of the visual. "I'm not afraid if they do. I have been preparing. Waiting. So begins the first stage."

She then gets out of the tub, wraps herself in some white sheets and eventually jumps into the water at the beach. The minimalist, atmospheric video conveys an artsy, quirky side of the singer, hinting at what we can expect from the new album.

Aside from the trailer, she'll also be releasing the Detail-produced track 'Pretend' featuring A$AP Rocky. This will serve as her follow-up to the chart-topping hit '2 On,' which features Schoolboy Q.

'Aquarius' debuts Oct. 7 via RCA Records.
