Timbaland is a visionary, and he's not afraid to say so. Appearing this morning (April 10) on Power 105.1's Breakfast Club, the producer revealed that while his next album is tentatively titled Shock Value III, he refers to it as Ezekiel's Wheel -- a nod to the biblical figure able to see the future.

"I'm telling people, 'The music y'all listen to is terrible -- follow me,'" Tim said. "Trust me. It's gonna change. People are gonna start making real music again."

As for who will appear on the record, Timbaland said Lil Wayne and Rick Ross guest, and that he'd like to get Kanye West to rap on a track.

Asked whether a collaboration between Nicki Minaj and Tim's old friend and work partner Missy Elliott might be in the works, he said he'd like to make it happen.

"Missy would want that," he said. "I wanna do that with this record. I know Nicki like Missy. I think it should be for [Missy's album] more than mine. I think it would make more of a statement to be with hers. I think if it was a record for mine, I would give it to her."
