After Jay Z’s announcement that he plans to hold a concert in Brooklyn, N.Y., to celebrate TIDAL's 1 million subscribers, details of the event have finally been revealed. TIDAL is presenting its first-ever benefit show featuring many of the company’s celebrity co-owners.

The TIDAL X: 1020 is a massive charity concert featuring headliners Beyonce, Jay Z, Nicki Minaj, Prince, T.I., Usher, Lil Wayne, Fabolous and more. Other artists set to hit the stage include up-and-coming artists like Alessia Cara, Bas, Justine Skye, Flatbush Zombies and others.

According to a press release, the concert will feature “collaborations on specially chosen songs to promote the message of unity through music.”

The event will take place on Oct. 20 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. TIDAL members can exclusively cop tickets now before they go on sale to the general public on Friday (Oct. 2) at 12 p.m. ET. Ticket prices will range from $74 to $244 excluding fees.

If you can't make it to the concert, the show will be livestreamed to the public via tidal.com and viewers are encouraged to donate while watching the event.

TIDAL plans to donate 100 percent of the ticket sales to various charities through New World Foundation with the company matching all proceeds during the pre-sale period for a special charity fund.

Overall, this is going to be a fantastic concert for the fall season and it's for a worthy cause. Hopefully, this will boost TIDAL's visibility and get people to embrace the streaming service.
