The Weeknd was a big winner at the 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards in Rotterdam, Netherlands on Sunday (Nov. 6). The R&B singer grabbed a trophy for Best Video for his mildly graphic clip for “Starboy.”

In addition, the Canadian singer entertained the crowd with a rousing performance of his song “Starboy” inside a star-lit enclosure.

Other winners included Drake who nabbed an award for Best Hip-Hop. Unfortunately, Drizzy wasn't in attendance to accept his trophy, which was colored purple to honor the late musician Prince.

Beyoncé, who garnered the most nominations, wasn't present at the show (she was supporting her big sister at SNL) and failed to win in any of her five categories. The Beyhive may not be too happy about that.

Meanwhile, Bruno Mars was also in the house. The pop superstar performed his funky hit single, “24K Magic.” You can watch his performance below.
