The Weeknd, Cardi B, Lil Uzi Vert and More to Headline Power 105.1’s Powerhouse 2017

Chart-Topping superstars The Weeknd, Cardi B and Lil Uzi Vert have been tapped to headline Power 105.1’s Powerhouse 2017 concert in New York. Also on the bill are French Montana and DJ Envy (and Friends) with more to be announced in the coming weeks. The fourth annual event will take place on Oct. 26 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

“We are excited to present this incredible lineup to our listeners,” said Thea Mitchem, Executive VP of Programming/Program Director Power 105.1. “We look forward to returning to Brooklyn for an unforgettable night of hip-hop and R&B at the Barclays Center.”

Tickets for Powerhouse 2017 will be available to the general public on Thursday (Aug. 31) at 10AM ET via www.barclayscenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Fans can also cop tickets at the Barclays' American Express box office center on Sept. 1 at noon.

This news comes as rappers Cardi B and Lil Uzi Vert delivered great performances at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night (Aug. 27). Cardi stole the show with her pre-show performance of "Bodak Yellow" and then later with her wardrobe malfunction. Later in the telecast, Lil Uzi Vert joined Ed Sheehan for a rousing rendition of “XO Tour Llif3."
