The LOX are fueling the speculation about a reunion album with the release of their new song video 'Summers Too Hot.'

The Yonkers trio, comprised of Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch, bring their ruggedness to the table on this track. Jadakiss best epitomizes what the group is all about when he starts off the second verse by saying, "You ain't gotta do much they gon' feel it if it's real/They can feel it in the streets they can feel it in the jails." The beat from Scram Jones is simply a banger; it features a key-based loop and an operatic vocal sample. Scram looped up a repetitive vocal sample for the song's chorus, which will be difficult to get out of your head after one or two listens.

The LOX have been talking about releasing a new album for several years now. At the beginning of 2013, Jadakiss mentioned that a possible new album would be executive produced by both Swizz Beatz and DJ Khaled. That said, there has thus far been no indication that 'Summers Too Hot' is the lead single to the LOX's first album since the group put out 'We Are The Streets' back in 2000.
