The Game took a major L earlier this month when he was ordered to pay $10 million in a sexual assault case because he never showed up in court. Now in a last-ditch effort, the Compton rhymer is asking a judge to throw out the judgment.

As we previously reported, the Game is being sued by Priscilla Rainey, who was a former contestant on his VH1 reality show, She Got Game. She claims that the rapper sexual assaulted her on several occasions including rubbing on her “bare vagina and buttocks.”

“My client was damaged by the sexual assault,” Rainey’s attorney Adam Horowitz. “She’s been in therapy. Now, she’s anxious to tell her story.”

A judge ruled in Rainey’s favor, and found the Game liable by default because he never responded to the victim’s lawsuit.

However, The Documentary 2 rapper recently filed court documents to have the judge's decision rescinded.

According to Bossip, the Game claims that he never responded to Rainey's lawsuit because she didn’t serve him properly. The rapper maintains that Rainey's attempts to serve papers at his home weren't successful because he's always traveling. He also added that having process servers deliver documents at his shows didn't work because he has security to keep people away.

The Game suggested that if Rainey had done her due diligence, she could have served him at his gym or at the studio.

In the end, the 36-year-old rhymer wants the judgement tossed. A judge is expected to rule on the rapper's court filings very soon.

Attorneys for both the Game and Priscilla Rainey had no comment on the matter.
