Producer-turned-performer The Dream is behind some of radio's biggest hits, but it's safe to say he and rapper Lil Wayne won't be collaborating anytime soon. Dream's ex-wife, Nivea, is reportedly pregnant by the New Orleans born rapper, whom he will need to have a "talk" with should they take their relationship to the next level.

"I've never met him," said Dream of Wayne. "We're somewhere in the grey area I guess, [because] we haven't had the chance to talk. But I wish him and Nivea the best. If marriage comes up then we'll definitely need to have a conversation. But right now we don't need to, [because] even though she's pregnant, there's no real commitment between them, to the point where we'd need to have a conversation."

Dream, who is engaged to singer Christina Milian, shares three children with Nivea. Since their split the two have publicly addressed their break-up but have yet to give a specific reason behind the split. On his latest release 'Love vs. Money,' Dream wrote a song possibly alluding to Wayne's relationship with Nivea. "He took my short/He took my girl," goes the song's chorus. "He took the any and everything out my world."

In an exclusive interview with TheBoom Box, Dream acknowledged the song's similarities to his personal life without completely admitting it. "Me and Niv[ea] went through a whole lot," he said. "She was not in a good place when I met her, and I [kind of] latched on to her."

These days Milian grabs Dream's attention. The inseparable couple is currently working on her up-coming release. "It goes to prove why I'm with him," Milian said of Dream's personality. "In a relationship, he understands."

In what is turning out to be a busy year for Wayne, he is said to be the father of actress Lauren London's un-born child, and has two other children from previous relationships.
