According to reports, singer/producer The-Dream and his wife singer/actress Christina Milian gave birth to their daughter this weekend.

The couple married last September and this is their first child together, though The-Dream has three children with his ex-wife, Nivea.

The-Dream called his daughter's birth in an interview with MTV last week, saying "The baby will be here Sunday, no later than Sunday! The baby already has a car, I got a house just for the baby -- Christina can't get in the baby's car. I'm giving all my attention that I usually give to Christina to the baby, all the flowers I usually give Christina, I'm giving them to the baby."

Though the couple have yet to release a statement about the birth, the singer did reveal his daughter's name, while talking with MTV. "It's a girl, Violet will be her first name," he revealed. "I'm not telling you the middle name, you gon' get me in trouble."

The-Dream is currently hard at work on his forthcoming third album album, 'Love King,' preparing videos for the lead single of the same name, which features Young Jeezy, and a remix with Ludacris. "The remix to 'Love King' with Ludacris ... it sounds like a '90s Jodeci remix, with their type of big harmonies on the hook," he said. "You'll get what I'm saying when you hear it. It's the swing."

'Love King' is scheduled for a May 17 release.
