The Beastie Boys have announced the title of their new album, 'Hot Sauce Committee,' in a recent email to their fans.

While the album's release date has yet to be announced, the Beasties have confirmed that it will feature an appearance by recently-renamed singer Santigold, which we're looking forward to hearing. 'Hot Sauce Committee' will be the group's first album since their 2007 instrumental record 'The Mix-Up.'

"It's a lot of vocals, a lot of words -- very wordy," rapper Ad-Rock said of the new album, in an interview with Billboard. "And it's political, depending on what you call political. You know, if toilet talk and fart jokes are political, which they can be, in that sense yeah, very."

The group appeared on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' Monday to promote the reissue of their groundbreaking 1992 release, 'Check Your Head,' where they performed the anthem 'So What'cha Want,' backed by the Roots.

The Beasties will be performing quite a bit this summer, hitting all the major festivals from Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and All Points West to Austin City Limits. Check em out!
