Sad news for Tamar Braxton. The R&B diva is seriously ill and therefore has to bow out gracefully from the competition on Dancing With the Stars. On top of that, the singer also had to cancel the rest of her tour dates.

On Wednesday (Nov. 11), Tamar went on her Instagram account to break the bad news to her Tamartians (aka her fans). In a tender photo, the "All the Way Home" singer lies in a hospital bed holding a lime-green teddy bear with her dancing partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, by her side.

"With a Heavy heart I regret to inform you that my season of #dwts has to come to an end along with the rest of my tour dates with @musicbykem [R&B singer KEM]," she wrote. "After yesterday's final #dwts performance I went back to the hospital (after the doctors didn't want me to leave in the first place) only to find out that I don't have pneumonia but something way more serious and that is having several P.E.'s (blood clots in both sides of my lungs)."

As we previously reported, Tamar became ill during dance rehearsals for DWTS on Monday (Nov. 9). She was hospitalized for a brief time before coming back to the show and finishing her final competitive dance number.

Chmerkovskiy praised the R&B mom for her courage and thanked the fans for their support.

We want to wish Tamar Braxton a speedy recovery. Get well soon!
