Tamar Braxton Gives Birth to Baby Boy

Tamar Braxton welcomed a healthy baby boy Thursday (June 6).

"The One" songstress and her husband, Vincent Herbert did not reveal the name of their newborn, however, she did announce the news of his birth via Twitter.

"#tamartian friends HE'S finally here! #bfv #tamarandvince #theone :-)," the new mom shared with supporters.

She posted a photo of the hospital room with flowers and a giant blue teddy bear as well.

Toni Braxton, her older sister, expressed her joy through the social networking site too. "congratulations to my beautiful baby sister!!! I have a new nephew!!!!!! Hehe!!! I'm soooooooo excited!!!!! @TamarBraxtonHer !!!!!!!" she tweeted.

Even Evelyn Braxton, Tamar's mother, was excited to learn she had a new grandson. "Congratulations to my @TamarBraxtonHer I am so blessed to have another grandbaby Look at GOD!" she wrote.
