Lyricists Talib Kweli and Blu teamed up on the punchy track “Fight Night,” produced by Canadian production duo K-Salaam & Beatnick.

Over a thumping beat, strings, stabbing keyboards, Talib and Blu spit bars about the art of lyricism. On his stream-on-conscious verse, Talib vows to stay humble and create music to inspire. “Started from the bottom to the top / I promise to keep climbing till I own it and now I got it / Giving birth to the death of machines, like Sarah Connor,” he raps.

Meanwhile, Blu delivers lyrical punches on his verse chastising other MCs who don’t use their gift properly. “You n----s need a new direction in life / Following lights / Got the blind leading the blind / Like three blind mice / I change lives with what I leave on the mic,” he asserts.
