T-Pain Throws Funeral for Auto-Tune

Hip hop's answer to Andy Kaufman, T-Pain eulogized his favorite sound effect, the Auto-tune, at DJ Khaled's album release party on October 13.

Pain arrived at the party in his hearse (yes), blasting Jay-Z's 'D.O.A.,' the song which first called for the "death of auto-tune," the vocal effect which essentially made Pain's career. Pain initially supported the song, then later decided to take umbrage and fired back, calling Jay "old." Pain then rescinded his comments and, in yet another effort to embrace Jay, conducted his own funeral, as it were.

In the parking lot outside of Khaled's party, he pulled a coffin out of the back of the strobe-lit hearse (why not?). Inside the coffin was a skeleton dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt, rocking with Pain's ridiculous "Big Ass Chain" and signature top hat.
