T.I. is not worried about his arrest last week after he got into an argument with a security guard at his gated community.

As we previously reported, the Atlanta rapper was booked and charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following his altercation at his gated community around 4AM.

According to reports, Tip tried to get inside Tiny’s house but didn’t have a key. Apparently, the security guard wouldn’t let him in, presumedly because he didn't recognize the rapper, and that’s when T.I. and his friend started arguing with the guard. The security guard then called 911 after Tip allegedly threatened him.

TMZ caught up with T.I. at Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., on Saturday (May 19), and asked him about the incident. The Grand Hustle leader said that's he's not trippin' off the arrest and believes it will get resolved eventually. However, T.I. has not received an apology from the gated community.

When asked how come he didn't pull out his "Do you know who I am?" card, T.I. scoffed at the question and said that it was unnecessary to do so.

"It doesn't matter, I'm a resident in that community," he said. "I shouldn't have to be a celebrity to be considered. I have rights and this is an amenity. They work for us. It's [their] job to know who I am."

According to TMZ, T.I. said he confronted the guard after he allegedly cursed at his wife. He also alleges that the security guard was also asleep on the job.

Nevertheless, we hope that T.I. will be able to rectify the situation. On top of that, he should also get an apology from the gated community as well.
