TLC's raspy-voiced singer Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins has struggled with her health in recent years. Watkins publicly dealt with her diagnosis of sickle-cell anemia and recently underwent brain surgery to remove a tumor. Now, T-Boz has revealed that she was suffering from the H1N1 virus, commonly known as swine flu. In a recent interview with Life & Style, T-Boz admits to being shocked by her latest diagnosis.

I was like, 'This is unbelievable,'" she revealed to the magazine. "I made arrangements right away for my daughter to stay with my mom ... He gave me antibiotics and antiviral medications like Tamiflu and Levaquin, as well as a low dose of steroids. I had to stay in the house and away from everyone."

T-Boz followed her doctor's orders but confessed that she didn't feel threatened by the illness. "I never felt like I was going to die, but I was really concerned that I couldn't breathe," she explained. "The doctors checked my vitals and my oxygen and told me my heartbeat was strong. Then they gave me some fluids and told me the flu was just running its course."

T-Boz isn't the only celeb to come down with the virus. It was reported last week that Boyz II Men's Shawn Stockman missed the Soul Train Music awards while recovering from swine flu, and Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell contracted it in October.
