Suge Knight's health is quickly deteriorating as he faces murder charges for a fatal hit-and-run. The former Death Row Records co-founder collapsed in a Los Angeles courtroom after a judge set his bail at $25 million during a hearing Friday afternoon (March 20).

In a video of the incident, provided by TMZ, court officials are shown coming to Knight's aid, rubbing him on the back as he lays motionless in a chair. An ambulance reportedly arrived at the scene and transported him to a nearby hospital.

NBC Los Angeles reporter Patrick Healy was at the scene and shared news of Knight's collapse through his Twitter and Instagram accounts. "#Suge Knight collapsed in court moments after hearing reconvened," he wrote. "#Suge Knight attorney Matt Fletcher says Knight hit his head on chair when collapsed, went unconscious. Believes related to diabetes, lack of food."

Fletcher states that his client wasn't given his medication and was sweating profusely in court before he fell unconscious. "He was dripping sweat, like someone poured a bucket of water on him,” he told NBC. “He wiped the sweat off his head and said, ‘I haven’t had my medication.'”

During the hearing, which was initially postponed because Knight missed a transport bus from jail to court, the judge ruled that the rap mogul must prove that any money used to pay for bail came from legitimate sources.

Details regarding Suge Knight's health are currently unavailable. This is not the first time Knight was rushed to the hospital following a court appearance. After his arraignment on murder and attempted murder charges in February, he had a panic attack, which caused him to make a visit to the hospital.

Knight is accused of murder and attempted murder after driving his pick up truck and striking Cle “Bone” Sloan and Terry Carter, who died. The tragic hit-and-run occurred in the parking lot of Tam's Burgers on Jan. 29.
