Suge Knight, who's in jail for allegedly running over a man and killing him, is claiming that he's being treated unfairly behind the bars.

According to TMZ, Knight filed documents claiming that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's detective in charge of his murder case made it so that he cannot communicate with the outside world. This essentially put the former Death Row head in isolation, as he's unable to speak to anyone -- including his own mother.

While Knight claims that his human rights are being violated, others have speculated that the detectives want to keep Knight from being able to intimidate witnesses from behind the bars.

Knight has been in jail since early last year. His trial has been a series of ups-and-downs. Cle “Bone” Sloan, who was injured in the hit-and-run accident, refused to testify with claims that he didn't want to be a "snitch." While Knight's bail was originally set at $25 million, he's currently being held on a $10 million bail; a judge refused to lower it any further last year. Knight's mental health has also appeared to be deteriorating. Last July, he claimed that his toilet was possessed and there were reports that his state may be the cause of a brain tumor.

Unfortunately, it seems that in Knight's case, the phrase "What goes around, comes around" applies. What do you think of Knight's plea? Does he have a point or is he trippin? Let us know in the comments!
