Stromae is the victor in this week's Boombox Battle, coming out on top with his track "Carmen." He earned 87.7 percent of the fan vote against his opponent Kehlani and song "Alive."

The video for Stromae's "Carmen," which he sings in French, is directed by French filmmaker Sylvain Chomet. The visual not only helps viewers who don’t speak French with the lyrics but also offers a satirical look at the world’s obsession with Twitter. The song may have dropped in 2013, but the clip is new, which keeps the tune fresh.

The Belgian artist raps and sings and has been receiving a lot of buzz as of late. We named him as one of the artists to look out for at Coachella 2015, and he brought out Kanye West as a special guest during his show at the festival, which only increased the amount of eyes pointing in his direction.

Chance the Rapper is Stromae's opponent in the new battle. Instead of competing with an original track of his own, we're featuring his remix of Jeremih's "Planes." With help from Norwegian producer Lido and his band the Social Experiment, the song is taken to another cosmic level. Featuring horns by Donny Trumpet, the Chicago MC also adds his own spin on it by replacing J. Cole's verse with his own lyrics.

“I got that golden ticket / We should just go and kick it / This the factory / Listen to Kels, order daiquiris with your bitches / Gettin’ drunk as f---, see a bitch I f---ed then get mad at me / Listen to Kels then get back with me / ‘Cause I could fix broken bridges, she could never burn ‘em,” he delivers.

Who will win this week? Will Stromae’s Twitter addict-blasting track stay at the top? Or will Chance the Rapper's remix take all the votes? Go vote for your favorite song in the poll below. Remember, you can vote once per hour until the poll closes on Tues., May 5 at 10 a.m. ET.
