Sneaker of The Week: fragment design x NikeLab Court Force SP

Hiroshi Fujiwara’s design company fragment design doesn’t take any shorts when it comes to creating eye-catching products. He has co-piloted more than his fair share of Nike collaborations and this time he is bringing back a model that is highly praised yet seldom seen. These kicks are so rarely known that we had to make them our Sneaker of The Week.

The fragment design x Nikelab Court Force SP drop not only brings back the lauded silhouette but it also tosses a nod to GOODENOUGH, the clothing line Hiroshi launched to serve as his introduction to the world. You’ll find that label splashed in bold block letters across the heel of three different colorways with very different textures applied as well as color. The black pair comes in standard leather while the red pair is treated with a nappy suede upper and finally, the navy pair is decked out in a sparkly faux stingray feel.

It would almost be foolish to wonder about where these sneakers will launch seeing as how it’s a NikeLab release but since there are a handfull of locations some clarification is needed. You can expect to see them at Dover Street Market GNZ in Japan on Oct. 15 and hopefully in the U.S. sometime shortly thereafter.
