Jennifer Lopez AKA J. Lo slapped her ex-husband with a $10 million lawsuit for attempting to add some kinky footage to his upcoming mockumentary 'How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.' Ojani Noa, J. Lo's first husband has teamed with filmmaker Ed Meyer for the film which is now set to feature 11 hours of sex tape-like material to the upcoming film.

According to the reports, some of the scenes J. Lo does not want the public to see include the R&b/pop diva in nothing but her bra and panties while another racy scene shows her riding a motorcycle sans underwear.

The Cuban model and Lopez were married from 1997 to 1998, just one year before the "Fly Girl" released her debut album 'On the 6.' This isn't the first time Noa has attempted to capitalize from his brief marriage to the actress/singer. Noa worked acted as manager of J. Lo's Pasadena restaurant Madres in 2002, but was eventually fired. He then sued Lopez for wrongful termination but lost that case.

Noa and Lopez were back in court in 2006 when the performer filed a lawsuit against her ex for attempting to write a tell-all about their relationship. In 2007 a permanent injunction was forbidding Noa from "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging" Lopez was issued preventing him from being able to publish the book.

This time around J. Lo is seeking $10 million in damages for invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights and breach of contract.
