Living in hopes of the great things money can buy, but plagued by the woes of the world, Scotty ATL raps about what life would be like if he were "Stupid Rich" in his latest visual production stemming from his debut album, Bread Diary.

Produced by veteran Houston bred producer Cory Mo (Devin the Dude, UGK) and directed by Sonny Bonoho, Scotty chronicles the past year of his life and the hardships he's endured along the way. Based on the saying, "those closet to you are the ones that hurt you most," the ATLien says, "I'm feeling the jealousy...If I had a dime for every single time/You n---- had a lie, I'd be stupid rich."

In a recent interview with XXL, the rapper says this song is about the strength and power needed to make it through a hard time.

"This song and video shows that no matter what happens you can make it to the top. I’m by myself in it because through all the lies and bullshit motherf---ers feed you, press through and shine on they ass," he says. "At the end of the video, you can see that I shed a few tears."

He continues, “When I had a chance to really be still and listen to what I was saying I couldn’t stop the tears from flowing. We had to actually stop shooting cause it was so powerful the whole camera staff was crying."
