ScHoolboy Q has been working on his official debut album, 'Oxymoron,' for awhile now, and it looks like the project is finally nearing the finish line. In an interview with Bootleg Kev at Power 98.3 in Arizona, Q said that at this point, the only thing he is working on is a beat that J. Cole recently sent him, and a sample clearance for one other song. After that the album is done.

Discussing other collaborations on the new album, Q said that Danny Brown and A$AP Rocky will definitely be making appearances, while production will come from Pharrell amongst others. 50 Cent may also be featured on the album; the two have a song in the stash that may or may not make the cut.

Meanwhile in the interview, Q talks about the trajectory of his Black Hippy partner, Kendrick Lamar, and gets into his current status with drugs in the wake of Kendrick declaring "Death to molly" in the 'B---- Don't Kill My Vibe" video. He also explains that the concept behind the album involves him taking care of his daughter and the history of the Crips gang he has repped in Los Angeles. Check out the interview below.
