Say What! — Jay-Z Rocks a Louis Vuitton Lunch Pail + More

Jay-Z and Robin Thicke recently recorded a track for Thicke’s upcoming ‘Sex Therapy,’ album, on which Jay raps about Saint Tropez, champagne and Beyonce, as per usual. Jay says of the song, “We brought our lunch pails. They were Louis [Vuitton] lunch pails, but it was a lunch pail none the less. And we got in there, we did our work. We got our ebony and ivory on.” Nice lunch pails, dudes. [MTV]

OJ da Juiceman talked about about his new mixtape with Gucci Mane recently, “We actually working on a me, Gucci, Waka mixtape…[That’s] half of the Brick Squad. I think me and Waka gonna do a mixtape first, then me, Gucci and Waka gonna do a mixtape together. Waka is up next. He has a song on the radio with the ‘O Let’s Do It.’ He’s real down to earth when you meet him. Waka, he’s crunk. If you go to the store and buy a bobblehead, that’s how he’s gonna have you in the club.” Fantastic. [MTV]

American Idol dude Adam Lambert talked about his new album, which is totally not deep, except when it is. “People want to talk about whether I have rock cred, whether I’m selling out, the theatricality, the gay stuff. … Chill out! And just enjoy yourself…It’s not that deep. … Sometimes it is deep. Some of the songs on the album are.”[LATimes]
