Dip Set president Freeky Zeeky discussed the beef between Cam'ron and Jim Jones recently, saying. "My whole thing, I think it's some hop squash, I think everybody need to go and slap each other with a leather glove...I think we need to sit down and re-do everything all over, because there was a lot of the things that people don't agree that Cam did with [the] shiesty contracts and there's a lot of things that Jim did [with the] robbing [of ] the money." Yeah, slap some gloves, it's just squash. The robbing of the money, though, that might be tough to get over. [HipHopWired]

Lil Mama continues to come out of pocket. Nicki Minaj's name came up in an interview with BET, and the dance judge/party crasher/rapper said, "Nicki Minaj is a talented rapper. She's out there, she's doing her. What she represents, I don't represent and she's doing something different, that's her lane. As the voice of the young people, Lil Mama, I focus on bringing up young girls to respect their bodies, respect theyself, do it up." And here we were, thinking Lil Mama represented not having an album out. [BET]

Video girl/model Melyssa Ford recently discussed how the game has changed since she started appearing in videos...which was really not that long ago. "When I started doing videos, things were different from they are now. I came in when there was no such thing as a 'video hoe' and most girls were not aspiring to just be video girls. There was no stigma attached to the profession so it was no big deal." Uh...pretty sure that's been going on for decades, but whatever. [Bossip]
