Run the Jewels have teamed up with famed journalist Ta-Nehisi Coates for the second installment of the Black Panther reboot, which hit stores today (May 11).

Marvel has released a companion script to the series, narrated by Coates (who also penned the reboot) and a score by the rap tandem. Those familiar with RTJ know the instrumental is "Oh My Darling (Don't Cry)" from their Run the Jewels 2 album.

While Run the Jewels rapper Killer Mike and Coates have agreed to disagree on a few issues during the pending election, they've maintained outspoken mutual respect and admiration for one another, so it's fitting that they'd end up joining creative forces in some capacity.

Coates has already seen enormous success with the first installment of the comic, which sold 300,000 copies in just one day. The second installment is likely to do just as well, especially coming on the heels of a celebrated outing of Black Panther's appearance in the Marvel flick, Captain America: Civil War.
