Hip-hop icons Run-DMC are pioneers on several different fronts and one of them being the rapper sneaker deal. Their love affair with the trefoil continues to be celebrated and the theme extends to current day courtesy of this adidas Originals Ultrastar 80s.

The low vamp model gets a bluebird suede upper with snakeskin accents on the stripes as well as the trim of the tongue. These also have the Run-DMC logo splashed across the tongue tag as a mission statement of sorts and the co-branding of adidas taking up real estate on the heel.
