Rita Ora Debuts ‘Fresh’ Short Hair

Sometimes a girl just needs to change up her look. Rita Ora is shaking up her signature 'do (which usually features long, platinum blonde locks) by embracing one of the hottest hair trends right now by getting a brash, short haircut.

The British songstress was wearing her hair long just days ago on Feb. 20 while attending the Moschino show at Milan Fashion Week in Italy -- see below. Three days later, she was spotted with her edgier cut while performing during the Philipp Plein show after-party during Milan Fashion Week.

She shared her new look excitedly with fans on social media. "Hair of the day!!! Booooooooom!" she captioned on Instagram, along with a photo of herself posing with the stylist behind her deconstructed bob. "He is a genius @Chrisappleton1 for my fresh cut! Thank you Chris!! #ICONICMAN." Per his portfolio, Chris Appleton has worked with the singer previously.

This new look may have something to do with Rita's direction in music. The Roc Nation artist is teaming up with her boyfriend, DJ Calvin Harris, for her new single 'I Will Never Let You Down.'
