Rise x Saucony Grid 9000 ‘Keys Open Doors’

As a company Rise may have not been around that long at all but they take such care in ensuring their collaborations are meaningful that it seems as if they've been here forever. This is evidenced in their recent team up with Saucony on a stark black and white Grid 9000.

The theme of this collaboration is "Keys Open Doors" and if the ebony and ivory suede and leather upper don't speak truth to the phrase then take a look at the insoles. A graphic footbed lining reveals piano key inserts while pinned atop each tongue are an 8-ball and piano key broach with a pull tag bearing the name of the theme, which was lifted from a Clipse song by the same name.

These are set to release to the tune of $150 in store on Nov. 14 followed by a Nov. 17 release to Rise45.
