Rihanna is ready to put in some work at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. Before the R&B superstar receives her honorary Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, she will perform a medley of her classic hits.

“I can tell you it’s going to be one of those holy crap VMA moments ... She’s not playing. She’s bringing it,” said the show's executive producer Jesse Ignjatovic (via EW.com).

In addition to her Video Vanguard honor, RiRi is up for four trophies: best female video for "Work" featuring Drake; best male video as a featured act on Calvin Harris' "This Is What You Came For"; and twice in best collaboration for the aforementioned songs.

Speaking of Drake, the Toronto rapper wanted to congratulate Rihanna in a big way. The 6 God bought a billboard saluting his rumored girlfriend on her upcoming MTV Video Vanguard Award.

Rihanna posted the image on her Instagram page with the caption, "When he extra" with heart and trophy emojis. The billboard itself reads, “Congratulations to Rihanna from Drake and everyone at OVO,” and includes the OVO owl in the corner.

Aww, can you feel the love?

You can watch Rihanna kick off the 2016 MTV VMAs live this Sunday (Aug. 29) at 9PM ET on MTV.
