Rihanna Hospitalized in Switzerland

Just as she is prepping to kick off the first leg of her U.S. 'Last Girl on Earth' tour, singer Rihanna checked into a hospital in Zurich, Switzerland on Monday, April 19. According to reports, following a performance at the Hallenstad venue in Zurich, the Bajan beauty checked into a nearby hospital for an injured rib.

"She had an injured rib and went to have it looked at to be sure it was nothing serious, and it wasn't," Rihanna's publicist, Amanda Silverman, told reporters. "All is OK and the tour is going great." Rih Rih has since been given clearance to perform and sang to a sold-out crowd in Lyon, France on the following Wednesday night.

As previously reported the 'Last Girl on Earth' tour kicks off May 7 in the UK. She will head back to the states July 2 hitting 25 cities thereafter.
