Rihanna was immortalized today when her new wax figure was unveiled at Madame Tussauds Museum in Washington D.C.

Rihanna's wax double will find a home in the museum's Glamour Room along with A-listers that include Beyonce, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez.

Photographers for Madame Tussauds reportedly pored over hundreds of photographs and video footage in order to get Rihanna's features just right. The pop songstress donated the outfit for her wax double -- black skinny pants, a black lace corset, black fitted jacket and black silk heels -- which were modeled after her one of her outfits from Paris Fashion week last Fall.

In other news, the Barbadian singer recently took control of her official Twitter account, telling fans that they could expect to hear directly from her, from now on. Her most recent tweet was directed at TV and radio personality, Ryan Seacrest, promising him a preview of her new material. "In less than 10 dayz ima send u sumn special, and ur gonna play it over and over, like I'm the only girl in the world!" she wrote on Tuesday morning.

The first single from Rihanna's fifth studio album -- due in November -- is reportedly titled 'Only Girl.'
