Rihanna Confirms Relationship With Matt Kemp

After months of staying mum about her relationship with pro baseball player Matt Kemp, singer Rihanna finally let the cat out of the bag. The 22-year-old revealed in an interview with Los Angeles radio personality Ryan Seacrest, that she is in fact dating the 25-year-old Kemp. Granted Ri-Ri didn't tell the public what they didn't already know, she seemed very forthcoming with her admission. "He's my boyfriend," she said. "It's new and it's fun. And it's nothing too serious, I don't want anything that's gonna take up so much of my energy and my time in a bad way, I just want to have fun and that's what it's about."

News of a budding romance was fueled by photos of the two kissing while on vacation in Mexico earlier this year. Kemp, an outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodger, initially denied the romance stating that the two were "friends" but clearly all that has changed. As previously reported Rihanna flew to Arizona last month to attend Kemps "Ante Up for Austism" charity event and reportedly met his family.

Rihanna will also help out pal Katy Perry celebrate her impending nuptials to funnyman Russell Brand by throwing her a bachelorette party. "She put that on me last week," she told Seacrest. "Now I have to come up with something cool." The two are scheduled to tie the knot in India.

In the meantime the Bajan beauty will kick off her North American tour 'Last Girl on Earth' in July.
