RiFF RaFF is known as the Neon King but he’s green right now. The Houston rhymer has signed a $4 million joint venture with Stampede Management and its distributor BMG.

As part of the deal, RiFF RaFF will launch his own label called Neon Nation Corporation, which is a hat-tip to his die-hard Neon Nation fan club. The rapper also released a new single, “Carlos Slim,” which his ode to the Mexican billionaire tycoon of the same name.

In a statement to Billboard, RiFF RaFF explains that his new venture deal will allow him to not only make music but become an entertainment mogul.

“I'm glad to finally have my Peach Panther album done, and the new single 'Carlos Slim' out. I’m also excited to announce my new $4,000,000 Neon Nation Corporation, which is more than just a record label. We’ll be investing in movies and talent across the globe to build an entertainment empire not just in music. Teaming up with Stampede and BMG is just the first step to get started."

The 34-year-old rapper, who also goes by the name of Jody Highroller, is expected to drop his new album, The Peach Panther, in June.
