This month, Rick Ross will celebrate the 10th anniversary of his 2006 debut album, Port of Miami, with a special concert that will be live streamed exclusively on TIDAL.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Ricky Rozay shared a few tidbits of what his special concert will entail.

"It's most definitely based around Port of Miami with a few exceptions...I wanted to do it as big as possible," he said. "[They're] shutting down Port of Miami and setting the f---ing containers in the way where I could stand on them and the world can see me. I'll be performing at the Port of Miami."

"So this Tidal X event, it's going to be live-streamed globally all around the world," he added. "The surprises, you gotta watch. Who coming, you wanna watch."

Ross' Port of Miami was released on Aug. 8, 2006 on Def Jam. The set's first single, "Hustlin'" became an anthem for ballers worldwide and a chart-topping rap hit as well. The song's remix features Jay Z and Jeezy.

The album went platinum and established Ross as a new voice in hip-hop. Ten years later, the 40-year-old rhymer is the CEO of his own label Maybach Music Group with a stellar roster of rappers including Meek Mill, Wale and Stalley.

"Me, 10 years in the game, I never would have imagined it," he says of his longevity in the rap game. "I said this year, I wanted to celebrate the 10-year anniversary, and not just with my city, not just with a concert with my city. But I wanted to do something that the world would see and appreciate."

Rick Ross' Port of Miami 10th Anniversary Concert will broadcast live on Monday, Aug. 29 at 8:30PM ET on TIDAL X.
