Rick Ross stopped by The Breakfast Club on Tuesday morning (Oct. 6) to discuss moving forward in music, the status of his court case and the controversial year he's had. The rapper also premiered a new track, "Sorry" featuring Chris Brown and revealed the title for his next album -- Black Market.

Although Rozay is not at liberty to discuss his case, which stems from an arrest in June for kidnapping and assault, he seems to be in good spirits. He assured the Power 105.1 team that he'll have a "chuckle" about it when the case is put behind him. He's still pending trial for kidnapping, aggravated battery and assault against a maintenance worker, who was recently spotted in a photo with 50 Cent in September.

Ross referred to them as "two losers" and said he has no ill will towards Fif. "I just feel homie is shallow," said Ross. I'd probably be in my emotions as well if my first album was titled Get Rich or Die Tryin' and I filed bankruptcy. I guess his kidneys failed."

But that wasn't the only time the rhymer found his name in court documents this year. A woman filed a suit against Ross with accusations that someone on his team raped her.

"That was an unfortunate situation. A young lady filed a lawsuit saying she was taken advantage of. I wasn't in the room, I wasn't named as a defendant but she sued me," said the MMG leader, who added that he thinks she "just wants a check."

And for all the bosses, he has a word of advice: "Eliminate as many strangers as possible."

He also confirmed that Black Market will be his last album with Def Jam Records.
